Apartment was very clean and functional. Furniture and kitchen equipment were very modern and practical. Balcony is situated to internal block with nicely maintained area. Bed was very comfortable with warm bedding. Location is close to Rakoczi Utc, one of the main street going to the bridge over Donau. This makes it very easy for orientation. A lot of restaurants with wide variety of food nearby. Spacious underground parking garage. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Its great so clean and comfortable, u can go up to the fisherman castle with 5 minutes walking which is absolutely amazing the castle has the most gorgeous stunning sunrise ever 🩵, and I would love to thanks the staff they are amazing friendly and they can let u check in late, I arrived at almost 3am and found them waiting for me.

The location of this apt complex is superb - right on Dob st, walking distance from all the attractions/restaurants etc Yet, it's super quiet there, since the buildings are located within the inner courtyard. Check in was fast - there is 24/7 reception outside the complex. All access is via key card. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised: one bedroom, very tastefully decorated, with all necessary amenities: from kitchen utensils to a washer machine. Everything was great. Internet super fast. Nothing to complain about. My bed was on a harder side, but I did not mind it.

Our stay was fantastic! The accommodation was very clean, specious and very comfortable. The rooms have large windows and are very tall. The building itself is very charming. The location is more than great- everything was in minutes and most sights are in walkable distance. There are cafés, restaurants,bars and even grocery stores right in front of the building. There is parking on the street right infront. The host was EXCEPTIONAL! Incredibly friendly, patient and available for help and questions 24/7. She made our short stay in Budapest unforgettable. Definitely will go back! Definitely recommend!

Even though we did not see the host, she was very helpful through the phone and was very accommodating. The instructions to get in the apartment was very clear and we did not encounter any problems. The flat was very clean, warm and has every utility item you need for a short stay.

The building is old, but the room was great, you have everything you need for a short stay. Bathroom with a bath, fresh towels, equipped kitchen. The best thing was underground garage, we booked a parking place in advance, paid when we came to the hotel reception and they let us in. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great, metro and tram station are a few minutes away. It was very calm at night, we slept very well.TadejaYoung couple

The building is in a large condominium where the management bought and restored several apartments. The restoration work is well done, with excellent soundproof windows, brand new floors and bathrooms. My room was small but all in all it did its job for the price and the duration of my stay. A communal modern kitchen, fully furnished and easy to reach was available for all guests at no extra cost. Check-in process was sufficently smooth (even if it could be smoother).

We had a large balcony (there are also smaller balconies), and the view from the inner courtyard is special. It was generally quiet, except for the noise produced by modernization works in the front building. Easy access by elevator and very polite neighbours. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Another plus is the location very close to a mall and several restaurants, where you can eat well.
