The overall experience of my stay in Polis' House was amazing. The owner Maria was very friendly and she was very helpful. We traveled by motorcycle and she let us park within the garden of the house on the pavement which was very important for us. She showed us some amazing hospitality. She was available for all our questions and she always answered them within 10 minutes, and she also explained us what places to visit in Thessaloniki on our way back The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. If you are on a tighter budget this house is an amazing place to stay. Location is great. It's basically between Stavros and Asprovalta. Both of these places are 5 to 7 minutes away by vehicle or around 30 to 40 minutes on foot. I strongly recommend it the apartment and I would be very happy to have another stay here!

Very comfortable for families with children. The accommodation is very close to the beach. The terrace is huge. Cleanliness is excellent. The parking is provided at an fenced plot. San Vro beach bar that is just around the corner has tasty food and nice service. The children playground and small park with fountain is nearby and it is a nice place to chill out in the evening.

We stayed with family for six nights and loved the place! The facilities are new, clean and well equipped for everything you need for a quiet family vacation. Beds was comfy, the internet was decent and balconies were surrounded with palm trees - great for drinks in the night time. There is also parking available. Also, the place is minutes walk away from the beach. On the beach you can find a bunch of beach bars with sun beds available at any time during the day, as well as seafood/grill restaurants. The sea was super warm.. though big waves can come and go depending on the wind. There are two towns nearby you can also visit with a bit more vibrant vibe - Stavros and Asprovalta. Host was very polite! We’d love to visit again!

The place is superb for its price. The hosts are amazing. They are so polite and helpful. Everything is amazing for this price! Will come again for sure! I am quite nicely surprised that the place is prepared for long stays. There is dishware availbable, forks, knives, glasses, an oven, a pretty nice refrigerator. You can probably spend a month there, cook for youself and it is amazing!
