The place is in a perfect location, with a breathtaking view. Also well equipped, (kettle and cooker) Parking is well arranged, A car is a must-have,but if one arrives here without a car, car/scooter renting places are in walking distance. Stores and restaurants are also within walking distance(both have gluten free options which was important for us) The room was clean, the bed is soft(some would say too soft)

A very calm, beautiful place to stay :) Peaceful and with the most amazing wiew and sunsets from the balcony !! Nice area with shopping and small tavernaes. Close to a natural and long calm beach, good for swimming. The path down tp this beach is nice ! So friendly and helpful staff , Thank You, hope to be back :)

It's a very nice place, the photos are accurate, I will add the ones I took but I don't think they do the place justice. The lady that manages the place gave us a list with recommendations that was quite useful, mostly regarding the food. Everything comfortable and working, the kitchen has a couple of helpful things, but definitely not enough for someone who wants to self catheter. Thankfully that was not the case for us.

Words are not enough... when you have conditions like home, or even better, the feeling of well-being appears instantly and remains throughout the stay. We arrived after a car travel of almoust 20 hours... we foud cold water in the fridge, fruit juice, a bottle of wine, ice, even something for a sandwich, speechless... Throughout the location the owners were very attentive to the details: quality doors and windows, with nets, very good quality furniture, fully equipped kitchen (hob, hood, fridge with freezer, sink, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, appliances for coffee, to boil water, toaster of bread, plates and full crockery for four people), air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, spotless linen and towels, the tiled floor is easy to maintain, the spacious bathroom, the terrace with table and chairs, even with sunbeds if you don't want to go to the beach one day, barbeque. And the landscape cannot be described in words, sea view to the islands... the location is very quiet, you can relax after a hot day on the beach, the owners have a farm nearby, hence the name of the location, where we ate the best feta cheese ever, the most good figs and tasty tomatoes. We have only words of praise about the owners, they are extraordinary people, available, generous, understanding, they do this from the heart and they are genuine hosts. It was our fifth holiday in Greece, this was the best location and the price was excellent. As 7 days is not enough to explore Kefalonia, Stefanos and Johanna, we will return to the Farm House!🤗

Anna and Akis were great hosts and treated us with great hospitality. We found some snacks, food and a bottle of local wine on our arrival, and Akis left us some fruits from his garden once in a while. The apartment looks better than in photos and has a newly renovated bathroom. It has more ammenities than we even hoped. We managed to cook several times and it even has a dishwasher. We felt like home even more than 1000 km away. The balcony/terrace is wonderful and the view is spectacular. We saw some beautiful sunsets there. We will definitely come back next time we visit Kefalonia. Because of the fact that this listing does not have many reviews, it is worth mentioning that there is a notebook full (tens) of beautiful reviews in the apartment.
