It’s the perfect house for a calm weekend getaway in Samos! House is great for 4 people with 2 seperate bedrooms. It’s literally 1 min walk to the best beach in Samos-Psili Ammos. The host and her family were super nice and helpful with all our needs. My fav part about the property is definently the balcony/terrace area with an amazing view.

Top location next to the best beach in Samos. We stayed in the top floor studio and enjoyed unforgettable views from the big terrace. Spacious room. Lots of lovely treats from our host Christos - peaches and figs, wine, olives, several types of coffee (and machines for their preparation)... We had a great time.

We liked everything!!! This is the best value apartment you could stay in Samos!!! It is a luxurious one bedroom apartment-not a studio-with new and comfortable big bed,very modern decoration of high taste,very big veranda with big table and 4 chairs and with sea view. Very important for this place is the private parking,just outside the apartment, which means you have not to curry your staff a long way.Here we need to point out that parking in this area especially during the day is very very difficult but at this case this problem is...solved!!! Psili ammos is the best beach in whole Samos,well protected so no worry of the wind no matter the direction. This beach is almost just outside the complex,less than 50 meters I would say! Excellent value of money with very polite and helpful landlord Thanasis!!! We will be back next year in any way if....we find vacancy in this place!!!!

Everything I like about the place. I wanted to stay longer but there is no availability. Every little thing that you didn't realize made my vacation better. We were given all the details even a video showing how to get to the apartment. When you enter, you are presented with an envelope with the details of the island's history, best beaches, restaurants and locations to visit. I was searching for hours to make my own list but that is presented already. We had plenty of complementary items such as wine, jam, olives, biscuits which is a really nice nuance. Wine was so tasty that we ended up buying on our other days 😁 Other than this it's so close to Noya Beach Experience but you really don't need to go there. You can just enjoy the beautiful shallow water of Psili Ammos and get to the apartment chill and get to the water when you want. This is a really nice thing for us since we had a dog. At the time we didn't want to spend too much time out on the hot weather so frequently we were going to the sea and coming back to apartment. Believe me it takes 30 seconds. Nothing I would dream about more from my vacation. It exceeded above and beyond my expectations.

A spotless apartment with a great sea view and all the comforts you need. You step right onto a fine pebbled beach with crystal clear water. Restaurants are a few meters away, as well as a mini market. near the beach of Psilis you will find the Alykes wetland where you can admire the flamingos and other beautiful birds. Voula was a great host! Definitely worth visiting this place .

Just few step away from the beach. We did not even rent sunbeds since its same distance that you can walk to house and take a nap on the sunbeds in the balcony. Everything was clean and new and Every room has AC. Owner was also very nice and helpfull..
