The facility was perfect. All amenities were available. It had two bedrooms. the beds were comfortable. There is air conditioning and television in both bedrooms and living room. It had a large balcony and there was a large dining table on the balcony. Every part of the house was immaculate. One bathroom was in the bedroom and the other bathroom was at the end of the hall. The bathroom at the end of the hall had a bathtub. There were many items in the kitchen. Our host had left a lot of water and orange juice in the refrigerator. There was also a banana left for us to eat. The living room was very spacious and the seat was very comfortable. Our host Ilias was very kind. He contacted us for everything, replied to our messages immediately. He was a very interested person, he made suggestions for our trip plan.

An excellent place to stay, clean, quiet, well-equipped, within walking distance from Chios centre and with a very hospitable landlord. Flats are quite spacious and also equipped with a washing machine which comes very handy if you travel for some weeks like we did. it is also very fairly priced - a real value for money opportunity. we will definitely visit again.
