Lovely and clean accommodation right on the seashore. The view from the terrace is magical. The sunset is extraordinary. The landlady is kind beyond all expectations. Although this is only apartment accommodation, Marijana knew how to surprise us with some food. Very nice of her. The rooms have fans above the bed, but also an air conditioner that cools nicely. Towels are changed every 3 days, as well as sheets. The beach is local and narrow, but sandy with excellent shade. The entrance to the water for the first 15 meters consists of small stones and sand. After 10 meters we have slightly larger rocks. And then just fine white sand that goes on for the next 50 meters. The beach is not commercialized. That is why it is less crowded than on other beaches. The yard is spacious and has showers, barbecue, shade from 3 olive trees. The landlady allowed us to set the table in the yard and make ourselves lunch like in a tavern. It was an unforgettable moment. All recommendations for this accommodation.

I liked everything! The host was very friendly and helped us every time we needed. The rooms and the balcony were spacious. It was very very clean. Whenever you put the green card in the door, someone will come and clean the room, change the towels etc. (we put it once every two days). There is a parking in front of the hotel, which was very important for us. We would like to come back :)

Everything was clean and as guests we felt very comfortable, because the owners were very kind and pleasant. I really recommend staying here. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony as well as it was big with a two side entrance from our apartment. Clean and nice bathroom as well. Our apartment was with the view on the road so we were concerned about noise until we came and yes you can hear it, but it will not affect your sleeping, and if you close the balcony you will not hear it at all. On the windows and balcony doors there are nets to protect you against insects. And AC is good, it's silent and cools the apartment very fast, if needed, but if you prevent heating with closing windows during a day, it will not get hot at all. Parking is there with the cover so your car will not get hot. Neos Marmaras is 5 minutes away, Nikiti is about 20 minutes away and Orange beach is at 1h driving. So if you planned to visit more than once eastern Sithonia, it will take time to travel to those places as they are around 1h away. - If you are planning to stay here come with the car so you can visit other places, as the best beaches are on the other side of the Sithonia. - If you are not with the car or you do not like to travel a lot, there is Camping Castello on 1 minute walk the same street, which has a private sand beach, few courts inside, as well and a beach bar with fair prices, good drinks and service. Entrance is 2e but there is a way to get it for free, thanks to Athanasia 😁

Very clean and modern apartment, across the (non prominent) street from the beach. A perfect place for the vacation!
