If you're the type of traveler who mostly uses your room as a pit stop before heading out to explore, Utopia is a great vfm choice. Quiet spot, all apartments have a view of the complex's charming garden. They cleaned our room and changed sheets and towels on a daily basis, and even did some laundry for us (dont forget to leave a tip). Dionysia was super helpful and kind and even allowed for a late check-in with no extra cost. Highly appreciated!

Anna is a great host. She has a cafe/restaurant next door and serves excellent food, so the breakfast was also very nice. The whole team there is very kind and accommodating. We loved the location, people, and all. You feel like you are their friend and guest the whole time.

Mihalis provided friendly and courteous hospitality. He promptly addressed any requests regarding room amenities, directions to the beach, touristic sites, calling taxis, etc. It is a clean and welcoming place to stay. The hotel is on a hill within walking distance of the beach and various bars, snack bars and tavernas and there is a mini-market nearby, just down the street. The town of Agia Marina is about 25-30 minute walk, or a short taxi ride. Mihalis will call a driver for you. A bonus is the spectacular view of the sunrise over the Aegean from the room!

Excellent hosts. Whole family and staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Beach right in front of the facility with sun beds and umbrellas dedicated to guests was a huge plus.

The room is right on the waterfront. At night you can hear the sea waves. The fridge is adequate and there are enough plates, cups, glasses, and utensils for two people. Stis Anna's Cafe is nearby, right on the Krithoni beach, and it is superb. The room was meticulously clean. The hosts are lovely people.
