After a whirlwind 24 hours of travel with my child, we had our plane tickets canceled by the airline, then missed our ferry, and landed a day late in London. Thanks to Native Bankside, what could have been a logistical nightmare and a travel disaster turned into a story of exceptional customer care. The understanding shown by the reservations manager was nothing short of a relief. He not only empathized with our ordeal but also went above and beyond by extending our stay to replace the missed night, at no additional cost. In a world where sticking to policy is often the path of least resistance, Native Bankside chose kindness and understanding. This gesture of genuine care made all the difference. It’s not just the amenities or the location that makes a hotel outstanding, but the human connection and support during times of need. Native Bankside made us feel welcomed and valued. The location is also wonderful, and getting there is a few minutes by bus from the central train station (then 2 min walk).

A szállásadónk nagyon előzékeny, barátságos és vendégszerető volt. Megengedte azt is, hogy a gépünk indulásáig a szálláson maradhassunk. Az apartman teljesen felszerelt, tiszta és kényelmes volt. A busz a ház alatt állt meg, maximum fél óra alatt elérhető volt minden nevezetesség.

Az apartman egy nagyobb társasházban volt, ahova csak kapunyitóval lehetett bejutni, így teljes biztonságban érezhettük magunkat. Nagyon nyugodt és csendes volt. A lakás nagyon szép, nagyon tágas és teljesen tiszta volt, egyedül a hálószoba szőnyegén volt pár apró folt. Felszereltség tekintetében a tv-t és a mikrót hiányoltuk de megvoltunk nélkülük. A buszállomás 3 perc a metró, vonat állomás 10 perc sétára volt a szállástól. A kulcsokat gyorsan és egyszerűen megkaptuk, és a kijelentkezés is nagyon zökkenőmentesen, gyorsan ment.

Kiváló helyen. Metró 3 perc sétára, a nevezetességek könnyen elérhetők. A szomszédos utcában boltok, éttermek, reggelizők. Az apartman nagyon hangulatos házban található, liftes. Jól felszerelt, tiszta, talán csak egy konyharuha hiányzott. A recepción udvariasak, bőröndöt ott lehet hagyni.

Az apartmanház a belvárosban található. Közvetlen közelében buszmegálló, metróállomás, éttermek és kávézók vannak. A szállás jól felszerelt, melyhez egy közös konyha és terasz is tartozik. A konyhában a főzési és a mosási lehetőség is adott. Továbbá lehetőség van tea, valamint kapszulás és szemeskávé főzésére is. Az apartmanház szobái hűtőszekrénnyel, kávé és teafőzővel vannak felszerelve. Bármilyen probléma merül fel a szállásadók nagyon segítőkészek és mindenben nagyon rugalmasak. Jó szívvel ajánlom bárkinek aki Londonban keres szállást.
