.First class apt..All the mod cons. Great location right on the sea front..Stairs might be a problem for some..Plenty of car parking outside. Restaurants and Supermarket at the other end of the road.. Heated pool as well..No problem picking up keys we were met by lleanna at the time stated arriving and leaving..We will be going again soon..As you lay in bed listening to waves on the rocks below what more do you want.. Excellent flat, very clean and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen, access to pool and beach, direct bus to the airport, Maspalomas, Las Palmas and other directions. Very quiet area, with local restaurants and groceries nearby. Antonella, the manager, was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

The positioning with a front ocean view, you can hear the waves when having breakfast. The yard has palmtrees and other local plants, which was nice. It had kitchen. The room was clean. The host was nice and waited for us in the night even if the plane got delayed. We had no issue finding parking spot for our rental car. We had a very nice stay
