Fabiola and her family were very gracious hosts. The building and our apartment were spotlessly clean. Everything in the apartment worked as expected. We had one minor issue that was dealt with promptly and courteously. The building and our one bedroom apartment were just as pictured online. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable for a long term stay. We received weekly bundles with clean bed sheets and bath towels. I enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone. The location of the building is fantastic! Just steps away from the boardwalk along Las Canteras beach and also close to Las Arenas shopping mall. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as well as neighborhood shops, pharmacies and a Post Office.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, even though they speak little English and we speak little Spanish. The Studio apartments provide all the basic things you need (e.g. comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels regularly, cooking facilities, private shower room/toilet, etc.) at a very economical price.

The staff was also willing to let us check-in earlier that day which we found very practical. The apartment is very well equipped. The only appliance we missed was washing machine. I would expect it in such a large flat. Otherwise, we did not miss anything.

Goncalo was one of the best hosts I ever had. He took care of everything I needed immediatelly when I texted him.
