The apartment was lovely and bright but also warm. We had everything we needed and anything that was missing was brought over straight away. The hosts were always contactable and responded quickly. We really enjoyed the location as the Sea Garden was right by the apartment and you can walk everywhere. We will definitely come back to visit!

Perfect location in the heart of Burgas and still very quiet. Enough space for two people and middle sized dog, one room with the table and TV, another is a bedroom, so one could have rest while other is still working. Clean, warm and quiet. Our dog has a sense of comfort which we rely on, and he expressed his feeling of perfect peace by laying and falling asleep right on arrival. Host provided us with local app for parking (UrboApp, look in AppStore), so our cost for parking the car was about 4 euros for 24 hours.

There are parking places just in front of the building. You need to take ticket from a parking machine. The owner was kind and the communication was easy. The only negative thing in my mind is the elevator. You can't imagine that this old and scary elevator would take you to a such beautiful flat. Another point for improvement is the spare keys. When more than one person stay there a spare key or the code for the main entrance is needed.

We received the key box code and the address early, so we didn't have to worry and could plan everything. The place itself was well-equipped with everything you could wish for. It was very clean, tidy, perfectly located, and a small convenience store was within a minute's walk. Communication through Booking.com by messages, she replies fast and provides all the info we needed, and wrote very good English which is not always so self-evident in Bulgaria. We picked up the keys at the small shop behind the corner. The apartment was spotless and there was everything we needed for our short stay. Walking distance from Burgas Airport and near the beach.
