Overall first impressions….fantastic. The room location was perfect with an great modern look. Internally the space was perfect, had all amenities & great facilities to accommodate. Cleanliness was 10/10, bathroom was immaculate. Great outdoor balcony with an amazing city view from the room. Parking was convenient, location was quite & very safe. Large hallways & lifts. Affordable & well priced. Highly recommend, great hotel & team at Quest Burwood East.

Reception staff were friendly & helpful. I was upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom corner suite with views of Melbourne & Doncaster. Skyone is new & well designed & the lap pool was heated.

the host was fantastic and attentive, even making sure i was able to arrive early, saving me many hours before check in. the unit itself was well maintained and right at the elevators. i am partly disabled, so the distance was excellent.
