My guests were able to check in and out without any challenges, the location was also perfect for elderly tourists. Rooms were clean and very spacious, and once the app was downloaded communication with the staff was easy. One of the guests had accidentally broken the kettle and not only was it replaced within 24 hours but the very first question asked by the hotel staff was if the guest was ok - demonstrating exceptional service and guest experience. I'm very happy with Sonder and would happily recommend to friends and family in the future.
