Apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. It even comes with a washing machine and detergent. Apartment faces a large garden so it's really quiet. Sound proofing is pretty solid. Plenty of street parking within 20-80m. Wonderful Hosts! Gina was very responsive with clear communications. Her husband, Josue met us at the property to go through the apartment features and entrance requirement. We would stay again when we return to Horta. :)

We had an exceptional stay at Casa da Galeria. The staff were a real delight and very welcoming, the service of a palace, no less! We read that the breakfast was excellent and had high expectations that were not only met but exceded. Now let's talk about the architecture and the art, everything in every nook and corners were of such good taste, everything was pleasing to look at. If you hesitate, don't! A dishwasher, an oven and microwave are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The staff is wonderful. First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.
