Just a minutes’ walk from the golden sands of Pauanui Beach, Ocean Breeze Resort boasts a seasonal outdoor pool and a steamy hot tub. All self-contained apartments feature a balcony or patio with pool views. The unit for 3 of us was excellent with beautiful surroundings and a lovely heated pool. The bathroom came with a spa bath and ample shower space. We also had a washing machine and dryer in the apartment which was a bonus and very much appreciated. The hostess Louise was very friendly and helpful and shopping was only 5 mins away.

It is a 2-minute walk from the town centre and guests have private entrance to The Lost Spring geothermal pools. Additionally, the property offers discounts at select local restaurants and activities.

Each apartment has a kitchenette. Some have a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect view and location. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable and had very clean linen. Bathroom and toilets were very clean too. The hosts Chris and Gina were very pleasant and friendly.

Some apartments are located in the central Coromandel Township, some at Beach Side and some at Harbour View. Free parking and free WiFi access are provided. Excellent location, very comfortable and clean. We were in the property during a storm at night and felt totally safe. The covered parking lot is most useful.

Situated on a picturesque rose garden, Phoenix Thermal Resort - Taupo is 2 minutes' walk from Lake Taupo and 20 minutes' walk from Taupo City Centre. It is 2.7 km from Taupo Airport.

Most rooms at Phoenix Thermal Resort - Taupo has a private thermal hot tub (except for the 3-bedroom apartment), which can fit 4 to 6 people. Most units have a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils. There are free satellite channels, free WiFi and free parking. Some units have a balcony with lake views. The pool with natural hot water is great and the garden is beautiful.

Each air-conditioned apartment has a kitchenette with a microwave and stovetop. The seating area has a flat-screen TV. The location was great with an amazing view of the lake and just what my wife and I needed on our honeymoon. It was great as a jumping off point to visit the surrounding areas like Lake Taupo itself and Tongariro National Park as we visited various Lord of the Rings filming locations surrounding and on the volcanoes. The room was clean and very spacious, with one of the largest bathrooms in our three week's staying all across New Zealand.

Oreti Village Resort offers stylish apartments with private balcony, full kitchen and laundry, and views of Lake Taupo and the surrounding mountains. The restaurant features timber floors and open fireplaces. View is exceptional. Restaurant is excellent and a simple walk to get too. The condo is easy to access and very comfortable. I would highly recommend!
