Surrounded by landscaped gardens in a great location near Playa del Carmen's famous beach and 5th Avenue, this property offers fully furnished 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Spacious room, with large balcony and a fridge. Hotel was simple, but perfect. Great accommodating staff, special props for Manuel and the cleaning crew who left an artwork of towels on our bed after every cleaning. Nice pool surrounded by trees. The location was great, around the corner of the beach, good restaurants in walking distance, very central location for ferry, bus stations etc. And price wise, incredible. Looking at the price and the rating on Booking.com we thought “how is this possible?”, but we got great value for what we paid. We recommend Riviera Maya Suites for anyone who wants a good deal, good service and top location, combined with the freedom to roam Playa del Carmen, but also Quintana Roo and Yucatan. And not be bound to the horror of overpriced all inclusive resorts.

Boasting a rooftop pool and views of sea, Kippal - Modern Oasis - ApartHotel is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Cozumel, 2.6 km from Caletita Beach. A hidden gem. All rooms are really apartments, and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable, balconies were off every room, and very clean. The infinity pool was really great with spectacular views.

Situated 100 metres from Playa Holbox, Valentina Holbox offers a garden, a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. With sea views, this accommodation features a patio. Great place. The Casita is in complex which is so nice peaceful and great place to relax.

Situated in Tulum, NAJ TULUM features accommodation with rooftop pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Brauliio greeted us with beautiful inspiring ritual. The apartment was large and well appointed with deluxe bed. Kitchen complete. Architecture striking, including roof pool. Incredible value. Staff impeccable.

Located within 4.1 km of Tulum Archeological Site and 700 metres of Tulum Bus station in the centre of Tulum, UJO Condo Boutique provides accommodation with free WiFi, seating area and a kitchen. Great interior design. Spaceous and cosy. Well equiped with amenities. Great location, near Tulum city center but in a quite street. Bike rental for affordable price within facility. Great customer service, very responsive and helpfull.

Valhalla Residences by Biwa is located in Tulum and features a pool with a view and pool views. A hot tub and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. Everything was super new and spotless. The hostess was a fantastic, nice and kind woman. Felt like home :)

Les Suites Calle 2 by Galian provides an outdoor swimming pool, as well as accommodation with free WiFi and a kitchen in the centre of Tulum. Unbeatable location just off the main road but right next door to the main bus stop and tons of restaurants. Really cool funky décor. Super comfy beds.

Boasting a garden, a year-round outdoor pool and garden views, Zayali Bacalar - Guest House is situated in Bacalar. Everything, the hosts are so friendly without being intrusive. We were invited to a dinner and it was one of our favorite meals whilst we have been traveling. Such fantastic hospitality.
