It's in a really quiet neighborhood, 7-10 minutes walk from the great, big and not crowded beach. The staff was really nice and helpful. You can get free bikes there to wander around the city, which is really nice and convenient. The breakfast was good also. The rooms were well equipped and clean. But the best things we liked about this place is the cute back yard and the rooftop terrace with a beautiful sea view. Would definitely stay there again!

All rooms are really apartments, and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable, balconies were off every room, and very clean. The infinity pool was really great with spectacular views.

The space. Kitchen was great with dinningroom table, the bedroom was large with cupboard space, shower was loveky and powerful and the outside area was so welcoming with hammocks and chill areas. Boasting a garden, a year-round outdoor pool and garden views, Zayali Bacalar - Guest House is situated in Bacalar. The guesthouse is made with a lot of love and we enjoyed staying there a lot. Juanita and her husband are lovely, kind and made us feel home. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the pool is great. They have bikes, which makes it super easy to acces the center and the lagunas. One of my favourite places in Mexiko. Thanks a lot for everything, you doing a great job:)
