A személyzet kedves, és segítőkész. Nekünk nagyon tetszett a Playa 88 strand, ami pár perc sétára van a szállástól. Zárt udvaron volt lehetőségünk parkolni.

A very nicely designed and well-equipped apartment, spotlessly clean; extra comfy bed. Great communication with the host, the pre-arrival tips were a nice touch. Recommended.

Boasting a garden, a year-round outdoor pool and garden views, Zayali Bacalar - Guest House is situated in Bacalar. We loved it here! The family who owns and runs the property is so warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was basic but comfortable and very clean. The best part was the open area and common kitchen where we could connect with other travelers and visit with Manuel (the owner) and his family. They also had bikes available for rent. We were sad to leave!
