Great location in Ueno. 3 minutes to subway on Yamamoto line, 3 minutes to Ameyoko market. Many eateries close by and easy access to Narita airport from Ueno station. The apartment was great. Big enough for a family of 4 with two small kids. Mini kitchen and washing machine was great. Had everything you need for stay of a few days. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to base yourself in Tokyo, highly recommended.

Super comfortable and modern little flat 5 min walk from Shin-Okubo station and a 20 minute walk from Shinjuku. The location is great - central, quiet, near a vibrant high street.

Apart from excellent customer service, our room has decent size for a traveler of 3 and the hotel has provided us with supplies of toiletries, cleaning tools, laundry soap, room and linen spray and dish washing - no need to spend time in getting all these yourself. I also like that it has a separate toilet, a separate bath area and sink/washing area. Each of us can do things separately so getting ready was faster. One can be busy in the toilet, while one is taking a bath and the other one is brushing teeth/doing makeup.

The room exceeded my expectations in size and convenience. There's even a small workspace where I had a quick meeting while my kid played. Plus, you can do laundry and cook here, which is awesome for a long trip. It's just one stop from Asakusa, a 5-10 minute walk or a quick subway ride, with the station conveniently located just a minute's walk from the hotel entrance. Surrounded by convenience stores and excellent restaurants, the location couldn't be better.

For a city that has a reputation of cramped living spaces, Minn Asakusa went beyond and created a second home for our family. The hotel was spacious but at the same time intimate, clean, and has all the amenities we need. The beds are soft and warm. There is also an open space living room to converge and talk about about our day. The kitchen is enough to store food supplies from the convenience stores. The separation of the toilet and bath is a genius idea. It made preparations for the day efficient and easier. The hotel is also a few steps away from public transportation and tourist spots, such as the Senso-ji temple and the Tokyo Skytree. It is also near Nakamise-dori and Hoppy St for late night shopping and food trips. We didnt regret choosing Asakusa over Shibuya for our first family trip in Tokyo. It was safe, close to public transportation and tourist spots, and homely.
