The stuff at the reception is very polite and helpful. Everything is very clean and easy to use. We can speak Japanese so we don’t know how it works if you can’t speak Japanese.

It’s a lovely place; the listing doesn’t do it justice. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, and microwave; and even a washing machine. There are two European beds and two Japanese beds. The issue someone mentioned with looking into the bedroom from the living room has been solved - all rooms have doors. The best thing was the location though - so very lovely and quiet! We loved sitting on the deck and looking at the forest; listening to the birds and frogs. It’s an easy walk to the shrine.
