Staff super friendly and warm, thank you Emanuele you’re so much like a friend and always there to help and advise ❤️ Room exactly like pictures show on booking.com, well decorated and equipped, we truly feel home staying here and definitely would like to recommend to anyone traveling to Venice.

The apartment and outside area was immaculate and clean. The apartment was spacious. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

A truly outstanding experience.
