I don't think I have ever given a 10 rating before but this place certainly deserves it. That's not to say it's perfect but very very good. I booked the small 1 bed apartment and was allocated an 11th floor unit overlooking the mosque. As a result of the call to prayer I really didn't sleep well. I asked if they could move me and not only did they do so to 22nd floor (of 38!) but they gave me a free upgrade to the 2 bed unit. Super friendly and helpful staff!! The flat was immaculate. WiFi fast. Netflix accessible. Balcony with view. Comfortable bed and pillows. Super hot water with nice towels and complimentary toiletries as well as a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was well fitted and everything worked as it should. It has a great gym, swimming pool and steam room. Not sure what more one could ask for.

We could cook our meals everyday - they had everything we needed from cutleries, pans, proper size fridge, induction cooker, toaster - we really made some great meals. The staff were very very responsive to all our requests and they were very quick to respond and help us. The place in itself is very clean, very comfortable, great size - super comfortable, I cant recommend it enough as a great stay.

Located strategically in Central Jakarta, Fraser Residence Menteng Jakarta offers an outdoor swimming pool as well as steam room and sauna facilities. Cleanliness of the room and other facility. Gym and 25 M length swimming pool are in excellent condition, well maintained. Breakfast is good as well. Overall, very good stay here, will stay again next time.

Located in Menteng’s Central Business District, Morrissey Serviced Apartment offers luxurious 4-star studios with a flat-screen TV and iPod dock. I am totally disgusted with booking.com and I have no other way of letting booking.com know that they are scammers. I am charged a higher rate than the person sitting next to me, while I have so called awards and privileges. Obviously there is no way to contact any living being on that platform.

Had lunch, which was delicious. T The staff was very helpful. Had a very late flight, and they kept our luggage all day. The receptionist also helped with ensuring the transport we got to get to the airport had enough luggage space!
