The studio flat was absolutely perfect, recently renovated and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was a kitchenette with everything we needed. There were also two balconies which we really enjoyed, and there was a drying rack which was really useful. There was always a pleasant breeze, so we did not need to use the air con very much. Less than five minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. George is an outstanding host, very friendly, helpful and easily reachable since he owns a restaurant just downstairs (the food is delicious, make sure you try it!). He added a lot of personal touches to our experience, welcomed us with homemade jam and Icarian soft drinks, and brought us tea and fruit from his garden. His mother even gave my daughter a lovely bracelet! There is also a small grocery shop on the ground floor, which we found very useful to buy essentials.

One of the best experiences that I had in Ikaria so far. The rooms were really spacious and clean. The apartments are conveniently located, very close to the center of Amenistis while also having a stunning view of the sea. The hosts were more than kind and helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. A truly unique experience. I would definitely recommend it!
