Location, price and conditions are in harmony. When arrived we were met by Julia, she was very attentive to our requirements, and gave us cosy apartment. The breakfast also was very good. The hotel is close to Tower, bus and subway stations. It is new, clean, has very hospitable management and all needed facilities. Next time we will stay here again!

He not only empathized with our ordeal but also went above and beyond by extending our stay to replace the missed night, at no additional cost. In a world where sticking to policy is often the path of least resistance, Native Bankside chose kindness and understanding. This gesture of genuine care made all the difference. It’s not just the amenities or the location that makes a hotel outstanding, but the human connection and support during times of need. Native Bankside made us feel welcomed and valued. The location is also wonderful, and getting there is a few minutes by bus from the central train station (then 2 min walk).

The reception staff were very helpful and they would go out of their way to help the guests and I would rate them 10/10. Set in Ruislip, 18 km from Croydon, Carolyn’s Place offers free WiFi. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. Jeanne is really an amazing host. Did not get to meet her, but she was so helpful and replied to anything quickly. I so loved this place, and I shall ALWAYS want to stay here, wherever I keep visiting. Absolutely happily satisfied.

We are situated in prime location at 35 Hyde Park Gate in London's prestigious Kensington and Chelsea district. Wonderful location, large rooms with private ensuite. Clean and comfortable.
