Let's start with the exceptional staff Alexandra Almas as well as Yvonne were charming and extremely helpful The apartment was large, bright, 'super clean' good quality kitchenware Matress was perfect with luxury quality sheets and plenty of towels We loved the balcony with it's privacy looking out on a lovely garden The elevator was a plus the easiness to use the thermostats and the quiet of the building made our stay so outstanding that we are planning to return again next year Pringy is very close to Annecy and I don't think the location could be better It was just PERFECT

Residence Florimontane is located a 20-minute walk from Lake Annecy, 200 metres from the golf course and 400 metres from the Planfait paragliding site. The Hosts were extremely nice and helpful

First, the location , it was a mere 10 (or less) minute walk to the old town . The train station is near too if your planning to visit nearby Geneva Switzerland... Second is the apartment itself , modern innovation and has everything you need , the beds were comfortable, luxury to have both shower and tub . Everthing was all in the right place , functional and aesthetically organized. The internet was exceptional too . Our stay was pleasant , we enjoyed Annecy so much.. we will be coming back again .🙂

Les Loges Annecy Vieille Ville offers 5-star, self-catering apartments set in the heart of Annecy’s historical district just 200 metres from Annecy lake, near shops, restaurants and bars. It was a very unique hotel/appartment. There was a lot of attention to small detail that was very uplifting. We were very comfortable the bed and shower were perfect. We loved looking down over the square. The underfloor heating created comfort and as for the corner gas fire!!!! fantastic!

Location is great. 5 minutes walk to bus station and 20 minutes bus ride to town. Bike and jog path in the back road which is so convenient. You can rent bike from the house with discount.

All the appliances were brand new. They had all the facilities in the complex such as gym, sauna and play room for kids. The lake view is fantastic.

The room is very clean, beds are comfortable, room size is great value for money, parking is also free, and there is a lift so convenient for traveling with small kids like us. Staff is so nice and check-in and check-out are hassle free!

Les Z'hirondelles is just 1.7 km from the centre of Annecy, near the Old Town and the SNCF Train Station. Its furnished apartments are a 10-minute drive from Lake Annecy. Excellent accommodation, especially having a garage to park our motorcycles in.
