The location one block from the central train station, underground entrance just a few m from the door and a few blocks from city hall is excellent, transit in the city did the rest where it was too cold to walk. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the kitchenette proved invaluable for preparing meals when we didn't feel like going out.

Located within 4.7 km of Hamburg Central Station and 5 km of Inner Alster Lake in Hamburg, Makro Apartments provides accommodation with seating area. Everything was perfect especially proximity to metro station and supermarket. There are lots of places to charge our phones. There are two bathrooms so it was very good for four of us. Self check in and check out were very useful abd easy. Luggage room was also very safe.

I had a small room, but it was nicely equipped - there was a kitchen and a desk suited for work. Room was clean. Location for me was great - there are a lot of restaurants nearby and metro station is not that far. Even though I haven't met any of the staff, I felt very welcome there.

My room was great, clean and with good facilities, the location of the hotel was very good because it was near the train station, but there were no shops or supermarkets around the hotel.

The apartment is big and clean with a nice small kitchennet and everything that you might need for a short stay. The concierge was superfriendly. The place is less than 5 mins from the U3. There were two adults and two kids, and there was enough place for everyone. Kids slept on the bed and said that it was like sleeping on the cloud.We slept on the sofa, and it was also very comfy. There is a crocery store right around the corner.
