The hotel was very nice and new. While it did not have a restaurant on the premises the area around it was absolutely packed with local restaurants! Every kind of food from China was available within a few blocks. There were also shops and fruit stands. The area was nice and quiet as well.

Royal Executive Apartment, Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, ligger 32 km fra Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Centre. The Managers (owners) of the property supportive and helpful during entire stay. We walked to exhibition at World Trade Centre ("WTC") accessible through skywalk directly linked WTC halls. Only 5-8 minutes walk to WTC. Big Metro station is right infront of WTC Halls. We were pleasantly surprised how close distance the apartment is to WTC and the Metro station. Friendliness, helpfulness and apartment location really made our stay enjoyable. Both can speak English Language as well as Cantonese and Mandarin. The Apartment location is very good. Easily accessible walking to cafes nearby and about 15-20 minutes walk to Shopping mall using skywalks too. The apartment is located in a safe and clean neighbourhood to stay. A heartfelt thank you to both Managers for making this stay such a pleasant and good stay.
