Buen Retiro Apart Hotel ตั้งอยู่ห่างจาก24 th of September Metropolitan Plaza 600 ม. The staff is the best. They were so helpful. I want to mention one special person , but I forgot her name , but she is of African decent. She helped me every which way and was outstanding. The other lady , a Boliviana who worked during the day was so helpful and the one who worked over night. Thank you. The breakfast was great with fruit, fruit juice , eggs , cereal if I like and bread and good coffee. WiFi worked great. Location can’t be better. Close to the main square and 2 blocks from the street where you can take a minibus to the airport for 6 Bs. This hotel offered pick up service on arrival at Santa Cruz airport. The flight was delayed by 30 minutes but getting through immigration took well over 1 hours and 45 minutes because I had to do the visa on arrival and the line to pay was so long. The driver waited for me for 2 plus hours because I had to use the ATM and buy a sandwich at the terminal. One thing worth noting is Santa Cruz airport has WiFi so Uber is an option. I used Uber to to go Guembé Biocentro park which costs around 25 Bs to go there and 35 Bs to come back and it was quite reliable.
