The hotel was more than what we expected and it had everything we needed - cozy warm room (they gave us a bigger double bedroom apartment), nice food and great attitude. The breakfast was good with many options as well as dinner. We planned on eating out a few times but ended up in the hotel's restaurant every evening. The coffee on the lobby bar is great. Each member of the staff was extremely polite throughout our stay. The shuttle option was very very useful so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Also, big parking behind the hotel. Everything was just great!

They are very big and you have a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need. The hosts are really helpful and kind. Location is 200m from ski center 1. One of the best price/quality places in pamporovo. Very satisfied. Recommend for sure.
