Clean and well equipped hotel with proper spa and ski room. The staff was exquisite - especially Maya and Rumen. They successfully helped us to enjoy a great stay.

Great location, accessible by car but right next to the pedestrian zone of downtown Bansko. Quiet street, really cozy apartment with huge bathroom.
