Friendly hosts, spacious accommodation and very comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything one would need for self-catering. There was a washing machine and dryer which was an added bonus. Quality sheets and towels and everything was immaculately clean

Sally's unit was delightful. It made self catering very easy as there was everything you could need in a kitchen and a full sized fridge. The location was excellent, a short walk to the beach and main street

We enjoyed our stay at Kangaroo Island Seafront. Great location, views and really nice rooms which accomodate for some self catering.

Great location, heaps of space, well equipped with loads of utensils and crockery. The view was lovely and Kingscote is probably the best place to base yourselves for an island stay. Reservation Manager sent plenty of messages with ideas on what to do, even how to book ferry which worked out cheaper. Good value for money especially if travelling with a family as other places were a lot more expensive and didn’t provide self catering.

Great location to explore the western end of Kangaroo island. Our cabin was cozy and clean, well equipped for self-catering. Very peaceful, the cabins are well spaced to allow plenty of privacy. Loved waking up to the sounds of the birds and animals.

The location is perfect with ocean view as the rooms are located on the second storey. There is everything you need for a self-catering holiday: cooking facilities, BBQ facilities, etc. There are also lots of cleaning tools so we could clean after our meals easily. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher, so our clothes were all perfectly clean after each trip, and we didn't have to worry about the dishes after having dinner. I am very happy with the property.

Nice and quiet in a beautiful location on the lagoon, our only neighbours being a mob of Kangaroos. Had a visit from some fish hunting dolphins in the lagoon one night. Older cottage but comfy enough with nice log fire. Ideal for self catering. All in all, we loved our stay at Ratliff Cottage
