Location of the hotel is very good; we enjoyed of the peace and fresh air. Best experience in South-America so far! 10/10 !!! We'll definitely come again to this hotel and Ushuaia, from almost the northpole where we permanently live.

Todo super lindo, sencillo y sin pretenciones pero con ambiente de hogar. Leticia la propietaria muy atenta y disponible para cada necesidad del huésped y Eliana la persona a cargo de la recepción y otros servicios se ocupó de que no nos faltara nada en todo momento. Volveríamos a Puerto Pirámides y a hospedarnos en Raíces a ojos cerrados. Hermoso lugar administrado por gente muy atenta y confiable. Gracias por unas vacaciones memorables!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind. I left my computer accidentally in the apartment after I checked out. They contacted me and advised me of the case after a few hours. They are willing to keep it for me until I pick it up three days later.

Calm neighbourhood, no annoying noises during the night. We got all the information via Whatsapp before - with a nice instruction video. Check-in worked very well. Restaurants and parking spots around the corner (free parking within 5-10 minutes walking)
