She was friendly, very helpful with suggestions on activities and information on transportation in the area. The beautiful grounds and the pool were very well maintained. The Wi-Fi worked well. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked great. The area was quiet yet accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, and the bus. Four nights flew by and would definitely stay here again. The building has eight apartments and the owner lives on the premises so is available if any assistance is needed.

We arrived in the evening, and a staff member opened the gate. He took payment - cash only (we did know, as we asked), and showed us the room. The room was spacious with a good matrass, decent bathroom. Breakfast is simple and served at 8am in your room. Some apples, croissants, crackers, butter, dolce de leche and coffee/tea sachets. A good start especially for the price you pay. The pool is lovely and has some daybeds next to it - pool towel is provided when you go to the pool. A great stay with a 5 minute walk from the restaurants, and 15 minutes walk from the busstation on the edge of town overlooking the Brazil
