Everything was perfect including the central location. Very clean bedroom, bathroom & the kitchen. My Check In stuff ( a lady ) was very very kind, helpful and smiley, hearing my wife has claustrophobia problem, she immediately managed a bigger apartment (without any extra fee) to stay together with another booked smaller apartment. A nice big sofa, dining table is just great to enjoy our stay. The Kitchen welcomed us with a nice kettle, nice mugs, initial tea & coffee bags, a refrigerator made us feel great. Stuffs are very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended indeed.

Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s main business district. The staff are very friendly. Especially the staff who helped us check in at the front desk (I think her name is Johanne), she was very professional, welcoming and had exceptional multi-tasking skills! She remembered our names and always said hi to us with a big smile. The hotel in general is very nice as well, clean, good location, comfortable room. We are very satisfied!
