The hosts made us feel very welcome and our property ( a one bedroom spacious apartment on the first floor) was just as described and perfect for our requirements. The large kitchen space was extremely useful and the property is situated in a very quiet part of town near the Saturday market. There is an excellent supermarket within walking distance and some lovely Turkish restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was only used by my wife and I and that was a big bonus! The two balconies offered lovely views with plenty of space to sit out and eat and drink.

Great family atmosphere to the whole place Good location just a short 10min walk down the main road into the center of dalyan Nice and clean apartment, pool and gardens Handy little shop right outside the apartments if you need a cold drink, ice cream or any essentials Owners always happy to help, made me and my family feel very welcome, we also booked a boat trip and transfer to the airport with them Our whole stay felt like great value for money and we are already hoping to go back

The apartment is just as shown in the photos. Large living room, a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. We also had a comfortable balcony. The rrom is on the grand floor and just in front of the pool. The air conditioning was working well. For the price we paid the room is very economical and had everything it had promised.

The hosts were wonderful and eager to help wherever possible. The setting and gardens were so pretty and Faziels pool is Spectacular! The family of cats and dogs made us really feel at home.
