I love the location of Quest. It is near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores. Our room is spacious and comfy for everyone even if we have big luggages.

Clean and comfortable two-bedroom apartment. However, we did not get what was stated in our booking confirmation. We got a single story 2 bedrooms with one bathroom instead of one bedroom on lower floor, another bedroom on upper floor and two bathrooms as given in the booking confirmation. We have also double confirmed the type of apartment we booked with the property before we checked in but still the apartment we stayed was different from what was stated. The apartment is closed to 2 supermarkets and eatery outlets.

These apartments are very modern , clean & in a very convenient location . The underground parking was an excellent addition as was the full width balcony .

There was a balcony so we could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. It also extended the room size and was a great spot to dry laundry which the landlord provided. He also helped us with the washing machine. He was super helpful with tour suggestions and even called a company to arrange pick up for us.

Easy to get to and not too far away from the city to walk if the weather is nice. If not frequent buses are available. Very good quality towels and lovely scented toiletries. Brian was so helpful and gave us information and booked taxis for us. We are staying again when we return from our road trip.

It was just what we expected. For a first time traveling to Christchurch from Fiji, we had our money well spent at this place as we only wanted a place that is affordable, safe and can fit the group. The host was so accommodating and friendly. She was always available and really made our trip enjoyable. The two bedroom apartments the we booked were enough for the group of 9 athletes and 3 officials. We were surprised that we did not experience any of what we read in the review.
