Excellent room size. Good internet speed. Comfortable bed. Blackout curtains are extremely effective. They give you your own key card but you also get a smartphone key that opens up the front entrance, back entrance, and room. Pretty cool! There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores within an easy walk. Easy walk to the busses and trams, as well as the beach.

The price value is very good. The photos are precise. For getting straight to the parking, put house number 57 or 59 (that info was not in "directions to", so you end up in a dead street).
