1週間滞在しました。直前の延泊のリクエストはスムーズでした。 1. 施設：部屋やベディングはとても清潔でした。 BOSCHの洗濯機と乾燥機は、服が傷むこともなく、とても良かったです。 キッチンもシャワーもトイレも水回りはとても快適でした。 2. アメニティ：オイルと胡椒は部屋にありました。トイレットペーパーは言えばもらえました。塩は言うのが面倒だったので自分で近くのアルバートハインで1€弱で買いました。 3. ロケーション：Scheveningenビーチが9番トラムですぐで楽しめました。 4. コミュニケーション：英語は全部通じて、どのスタッフとも話しやすかったです。

The location is really good, just few stops with tram from city centre. The accommodation is pretty nice, modern, kitchen is full equiped. Everything was clean and well prepared.

It was very disappointing: Due to a knee injury, I was unable to climb the very steep stairs to the top floor (not shown or written in advance in the listing)! I asked if I could change an apartment or request a partial refund and when that was not possible, I booked another hotel and asked if I could please change the date to 2025 (not something unreasonably close). So far, nobody has returned my messages, my card has been charged, and Booking.com’s customer service said they would let me know when the property replied them - which has not been done. I was supposed to have stayed from April 17-19, and now it is the middle of May: The property still hasn’t replied.
