What a beautiful quaint place! It’s called Mimosa for a reason the minute you pull up you can literally smell the mimosa plants it’s absolutely stunning. The host Manuel and his mum has been so accommodating. It felt like we had our own private villa at times the pool was ours and we had our own dedicated sun beds. It goes without saying the place was spotless clean and it had everything you need for a week of self catering. We hired a car and Aldi and local supermarkets were literally a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk! The accommodation was so pretty well decorated and everything inside the cupboards meaning you can cook your own meals if you wanted a night in with pots pans bottle openers etc! We were really welcomed in and I felt like I could have stayed another week. We stayed for a family wedding and they offered an iron at last minute as I managed to crease my dress! Super stars! Thank you so much we had the most pleasant stay and I would 100000000% recommend you to my family and friends and will be back again I’m sure of it. Frankie & family 😊 The location is also absolutely amazing so close to lake Garda and many fabulous places to visit nearby for kids - movie land, water parks as well as simmione the top rated place on lake Garda! The pool was excellent and it was still operated in late September. We enjoyed the richness of the breakfast, even we were late. The hotel room was very clean. Large parking area in front of the hotel. Very kind staff.

The location is very good, easy access, quiet, safe and beatifull. There are coffe shops and restaurants close by. The garden is beuatifull with rosemary and laurel hedges. The houses offer a nice view to the lake, and to the lights of Sirmione at night. The pool and jacuzzi was available and clean at all times. The location is very pet friendly (as usualy whol Italy is), there are water bowls and waste bags. So so many nice places to visit, beside Milano, Verona, Venice that can be reached in one day the Lake has so many attractions (Sirmione, Gargnano and Limone).

Wonderful view from the apartment, large pool with great view. Room is very functional and the patio is excellent for dinners with a view. Compared to 2022, there were far less flying pests (wasps, mosquitoes). Many children at the property, so our 5yo had fun.

Nice view for Garda lake. Very estetic ellegant and comfortable apartment. Very clean. All necessary equipment in the kitchen in very good condition. Tasty and handy breakfast support. Very nice and helpful personel. Very quiet płace.
