The location is good, very close to the beaches (you can get an umbrella and 2 chairs for 10€/day at the Capana beach https://mapy.cz/s/hukodagocu) or even closer there is the free public beach. The railroad is very close and the trains cause a loud noise, but it is only very short and not too busy - in a few days one can get used to it. The pine grove is perfect - very pleasant to rest in during a hot day. The main street Viale Gabriele d'Annunzio is closed to traffic and becomes a pedestrian zone after 21:00 which is very pleasant for a walk with local ice cream.

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need including balcony’s. There is a rooftop lounge/bar/plunge pool area which really is the highlight of this property - the view from which is amazing. Unfortunately due to corona it wasn’t open, but I imagine it must be fun when the music is pumping and the drinks are flowing. We didn’t utilize the restaurant. Very close to the beach & restaurant strip but set a little way back from the main road, reducing the noise. It’s nothing fancy. There is no outdoor pool (apart from the plunge pool on the roof) so ‘resort’ is a little misleading, but for the price it’s a good option in Silvi.

Me and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at this truly remarkable accommodation that exceeded all our expectations! This place has a new, modern, and beautifully designed interior. The cleanliness of the place was amazing, creating an inviting and fresh atmosphere. 🤩 The location of this accommodation was an absolute dream come true, because it is super close to the beach! ☀️The convenience of having numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance added to the overall charm of the area. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the owners. Every single person we encountered was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our comfort made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. :) It's rare to find a place that combines modern luxury with such genuine warmth, and I feel fortunate to have discovered this gem and will definitely return in the future! I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a truly extraordinary experience. Grazie!!🥰

Beautiful view from the window to the garden and the sea, free beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Purity.
