We had flight delays and came to the apartment many hour later than expected and she could not have been more helpful. She was there from the minute we landed until the minute we left. She also let us know that we had forgotten a few items as soon as she saw it (20 min ish after we left) so we had a chance to collect it before we continued our travels. We recommend staying at this apartment as long as Sheryl is on call. Thank you so much. A few other things. The apartment was clean. The towels and linen were clean and the air conditioner worked like a charm. The view was spectacular and the location was in the spot. We are very happy with our stay.
