The owner, Flavio, was very welcoming and nice and offered us many helpfull tips. The apartment is located right in the center of Bellagio, a 3 minute walk to the lake. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you would need.

A lovely little studio type apartment: bedroom/kitchen/bathroom/lounge. Spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. We ended up eating at the Antico Pozzo restaurant beneath every day, not just for convenience, but also because of the quality, and very reasonable prices considering the prime location. It was excellent, and the staff were top notch, welcoming and friendly.

Residence la Limonera is a very beautiful accommodation in the heart of Bellagio. Our room had views of the garden as well as a little bit of view of the lake. The room was very big and the beds were comfortable. We had one room with two beds (one double bed and one double sofa bed), but the beds were partitioned by furniture, which was great as we had some privacy as well. Would definitely recommend to friends.

This is a well-appointed, comfortable house, with breathtaking views and a charming owner, all set in the most beautiful location. We certainly got a bit fitter with the hilltop location, recovering in the lovely gardens, and the children spent hours in the crystal clear pool. Bellagio is an impressive town in its own right, and perfectly positioned to visit the other lakeside towns by scheduled ferry, and well worth the trip. There are several good restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance, and more by car. For the ultimate view, you can get scenic flights in a float plane taking off from the lake at Aero Club Como. The photos show Bellagio from a ferry and the morning view from our balcony - you can see the pool and gardens.

The customer service is top notch in this place.Julio and Paola are exceptionally great hosts. Paola is especially very helpful, genuinely kind and goes the extra mile to host. She came down to the bus stop to pick us up and welcome us. She even helped carry our heavy luggage. She gave us many helpful tips on how to explore the area. The continental breakfast served in the terrace is very Italian. You will enjoy a great view from there and a couple of cappuccinos. We look forward to return there and enjoy the place and what Bellagio has to offer.g
