The location of the apartment is excellent - close to Venice, the beach and bus stations. It's easy to find it. The employees are very kind and helpful for everything you need. They helped us to get to Venice and the surrounding islands in the simplest way. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, each room has its own bathroom, the kitchen and dining room are spacious and equipped with everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning (heating and cooling) is easy to control, a parking space is provided, the terrace is covered.

Nice, well maintained and spacious apartment, few steps from the beach. Private parking as a bonus. Apartment is suitable for 4-5 people. Outside space with garden furniture. Fabio is a great host.

Everything was very good, as expected. The check-in was clean and easy. We arrived way before check-in time, but they let us keep the car in the underground parking until we got the keys.

I had stayed in a different apartment in this property in 2008. I wanted to return and stay in an apartment with a lagoon view so we did. It was fabulous. The view cannot be beat. We all preferred the Lido location to Venice itself. The property is very well appointed and has everything you could want. Katja and Roberto are very helpful.

Apartments are in a great location. No noises heard from any bars or restaurants. Everything is so easily accessible nearby even a supermarket is just around the corner. Whole property was very clean and has all the facilities you would require. Our apartment was huge, clean, and well maintained. Сoncierge woman and other stuff were super friendly and allowed us to keep bags until our transfer to airport arrived. Highly recommended!
