This property is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food, and drinks. It is also very reasonably priced - we stayed in September.

Clean big apartment with a nice view. It is well equipped with utensils, pots , frying pans etc. A toaster would have been useful. There were clean towels and bed linen. There was even soap and dishwashing liquid. There was also garbage bags. The restaurant was really good as well and the pool attendant was really nice with the kids.

It is perfect family hotel. You have very large play room for kids with lot of different toys and activities. Swimming pool is just perfect for kids. Not really useful for regular swimming. Very nice sauna is part of the swimming pool. Ski bus departing from the hotel to Alpe Cermis and back whole day. All and all, best value for the money...

The views from the hotel were truly amazing. Waking up everyday seeing the mountains from our windows and the balcony was amazing. Rooms were clean, we were provided with all that was necessary. Clean towels, clean sheets, kitchen appliances. The neighbourhood is quiet and very welcoming. I hope we will get back here again.

Snow, skiing, staff was great, ready to help when we left out phone on the parking lot. It was our second time in residence Lagorai. We're coming again.
