We stayed at the apartment 304 (3rd floor). The apartment is really nice, spacious with big windows, offering amazing views of the landscape. Bed is comfortable, sofa is turned into bed for 2, also comfy. The kitchen is small, but quite convenient. They also provided salt, sugar, hot chocolate, tea, paper&cotton towels which we do not get very often in other apartments. This is a big plus for us so we didn't have to buy all these things. Free parking is available in front of the building, there was always enough space. The apartment is located 10-15 min drive from the center of Reykjavik, but we found the location very good for all our exploring. The parking in the city center was not an issue and we could find it available free of charge (not all of them). If you are in Iceland during the winter it is only 15 km to the Aurora basecamp. Near the apartment (across the street) there is a grocery store Bonus, fitness center is also available in the next building. All the Blue Mountain staff was very helpful, responding very quickly. We could agree for an early check-in which we appreciated a lot. All in all, great experience, great apartment and would recommend it.

The location was incredible! It is in a quiet neighborhood, but still is close to grocery stores (Bonus is about 5 min walk) and great restaurants in the downtown (5-10 min walk). The beds and pull out couch are very comfortable. The kitchen came fully stocked with dishes, pots, etc. The staff was friendly and quick to respond. They also kindly offer luggage storage for before check in and after check-out. I would highly recommend this place!

Very clean space with a great location in the city. Lots of restaurants, bars & shops within walking distance. A lot of the tours & day trips (if not all) offer collection from Bus Stop 6 (including the airport transfer buses) which is not even 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Would 100% stay here again!

* Great location - close to the centre of everything, and near to some great cheap-for-Iceland cafes and informal restaurants, and a good supermarket. * Great for a long stay - I was here for 12 days & appreciated the use of both my lockable private room, and the communal area. * Comfort and standard of rooms. Lots of thought in the details. * Communal sitting room and kitchen was VERY good: it meant we could cook meals, and get on with work outside our hotel room, with ease. Very well-equipped kitchen; ironing board & iron. *We also had interesting conversations with other guests. * Staff I interacted with - manager and person who supervised cleaning - were wonderful! Thank you so much. They transferred our luggage (and our groceries!) into a room when we had to move because I'd needed to make 2 room bookings. There are some grumpy reviews on this site, which made me a bit apprehensive. However, I'm happy to say that my expectations were exceeded. It's great value for Reykjavik, and easy & comfortable.
