staff is very friendly, the flat is well furnished, bed comfortable, it was clean. it’s located in a quiet, safe and beautiful area of Dublin. 2 min walk to grocery store, 5 min to dart and 10 to the seaside.

We were apprehensive about the potential for noise disruption, but these rooms have been cleverly designed. There are double windows to prevent any noise. We stayed on 3rd floor and had no issue with noise from the bar adjacent or across the street.

Before you book, you have to understand this is not a typical hotel with reception and staff onsite. These are individual apartments, fully equipped with everything you need to comfortably stay a longer period of time (at least we did so). We booked a one bedroom apartment to stay there while we were looking for a more permanent rental. No one bothered us during this stay, which means that washing dishes, making bed, taking out the trash was done by us. No staff entered our apartment during the stay. The place was spotless when we entered (A++ for cleaning). Very warm, but not hot. Location was perfect for us, far enough from the crowded temple bar area, but close enough to walk there (2km).

We loved the food and activity recommendations from the staff who were all lovely and super helpful! They organized early check in for us which was such a great surprise. The beds are very comfortable, room temperature was steady, had no use for the extra heaters or fans and the windows block out any sound coming from the roads. Overall a perfect cozy place to come back to after the day of exploring!
