It is a really beautiful place with excellent personel. Very close distance to drive to Banana beach, Gerakas, and some other nice beaches in the area. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and stunning views of olive trees from bar terrace. The owner (Nana) also helped us with a car rental, and with her daughter showed us a really nice hospitality. Thanks for everything!

Everything about this place was awesome. Great spot, very close to great beaches with a lovely view of the sea. Not far there is a bus stop, but it's better to travel around the island by car anyway. Well equiped room, towels, shampoo, plates, pans, glasses, cutlery, even new sponge and dishrag - nothing to complain about. The room had a safe with a lock to keep your private things safe. Room was nicely cleaned everyday, without moving private things too much. The personel is extremely nice and helpful, an angel of a man helped us with fixing damage to a rented car. If we ever visit Zakynthos, this place will be the one we will come back to.

We loved the place. The apartment was clean and spatious, we especially appreciated windows with mosquito nets and perfect cleaning service. And lovely beach of course.

The true Greek holiday experience. You will find here a quiet place, surrounded by greeneries, with the sea waves in the background. The Seaview is great regardless of the room you take. The beds are very confortable and you will find in the room everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spiros is a wonderful host and will help you with what you need. Good restaurants nearby (at the main road and at the beach) with reasonable prices..

An excellent place for a relax holiday. We choosed it cos' of a closed beach called Agios Nikolaos Beach, Zakynthos and for that Artemis Vassilikos had perfect apartmants, rooms, villas etc. with the needed facilities. Walking distance from the beach, family tavernas, grocery store etc. Owners extremely kind and helpful! We can just recommend it 5 * if we have chance to go back to Zakynthos we definitely choose again Artemis Vassilikos for our next stay and spend everyday at Agios Nikolaos beach!

On the day we arrived Pigi picked us up from the airport as she was heading to the apartment and wanted to save us money instead of getting a taxi, she was super talkative and lovely to us on the journey and she also bought me and my partner a drink from a local cafe. When we arrived at the apartment we were met my Anastasia she was very lovely and wrote us a map of the island with best places to visit etc, we also had a book in the apartment with phone numbers and discounts! When we arrived at our apartment it was stunning super clean and tidy and a nice little balcony, our stay was amazing very close to two beaches and water sports which we enjoyed, we visited a few lovely restaurants and there were a few shops nearby too, you could also hire cars, bikes, quads nearby to go further round the island. Anastasia also called for a taxi to pick us up and take us to another apartment we’d booked on the island.

Unbelievable place with own swimming pool and beach. Quiet place, pine trees around, sounds of sea and cicadas. Nice rooms, not so new, but clean and comfortable, good air conditioned, with sea view. Tasty cousins and friendly owners and stuff. Love it

This is an authentic place. If you are going for amenities and lounging by the pool tourism, this is definitely not the place for you. I felt like a real traveler in this place. The place is Greek style and a bit retro which gives it a charm. I'm not really interested in hotels with cheap Ikea furniture, I've seen that. Here I found it interesting. The room had a fridge, Air conditioner, kettle and stove. Everything a traveler needs. The view from the balcony was cozy. A bit like a communal apartment, but it was just fun. Do not take this room if you are a demanding person. Be sure to take if you are open to the whole room and can appreciate the culture of other nationalities. The room was cleaned every day. Linens were changed every third day. In the courtyard were walking crusts with tseplyat and roosters. I felt like I was a good guest. If you don't want to see crowds of tourists, tents with air mattresses and filled beaches, I highly recommend this place. Near three lovely and cozy tavernas, grocery store, bus stop and a quiet beach with cafes and free sun beds. ( and parking) Everything here was perfect for me. The people, the nature and the atmosphere.
