Wonderful hospitality from Georgia and her staff. The location is very secluded and peaceful, you will probably need a car. It was very convenient for us attending a wedding nearby. Our studio was small but made the most of the space and had a wonderful view from the bed! Breakfast is all homemade and delicious.

Nice location to spent a few days after your arrival in Iraklion. The rooms are new and designed with love in details. You‘ll have an awesome view from your balcony over the beautiful landscape including the sea. The beds are big, but for me too soft. The staff is well educated. They speak English fluently and are very fast and mindful. The owners are lovely people taking care of their guests. They‘re speaking German as well :) Dinner was definitely a highlight, the fish was excellent. Highly recommended

Everything was clean. Great value for.money, good location near the beach and bus station. Breakfast was okay. Reception was the best, the guy told us everything that we needed about Crete, he was the most hepful and we really appreciate that. Pool was clean. Overall, a really nice place to stay.

The location was right next to the sea, very close to the restaurants, shops, bars, bus stop… The owners were very nice, they live on the property and we always saw them greeting us in the morning and at night and they were always present when we needed something. I don’t really understand the negative comments because we didn’t see anything wrong really.

This place is a magical gem in a wonderful location. The staff is something else: they care for you like family, go above and beyond and make you really feel at home. On top of that, there’s wonderful rooms (including a very nice 2-bedroom bungalow that we stayed in, with garden), a pool, super tasty breakfast, parking, a big playground for kids and it’s just 1 minute from the beach and shops. Thank you for making us feel so at home and for the wonderful stay, we’ll be back!

Beautiful garden with lemon trees and flowers. Close to very nice beach. Close to public transportation. Everything you need is very close. Manolis and Maria are great with very good English and advices. Very pleasant experience.

Really great spot in Ammoudara for people travelling alone, not with big tour operators. It is clean, near the sea, with beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was really great and with local products what I value a lot. Parking is big and there is no problem with it. Bus stop with buses to the Heraklion center is close, walking distance. Some good taverns are in this area as well. But the biggest value of the Troulis Apartments are people, the very friendly, helpful and cooperative staff. When coming back to Ammoudara, I will choose it again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel right at home. The room was nothing short of stunning, beautifully decorated in a boho style that we absolutely adored. It was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing us with all the comfort and amenities we could have hoped for. The highlight of our stay was definitely the jacuzzi, which added a perfect touch of luxury and relaxation to our vacation. Overall, our stay at Vaya Suites was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, style, and top-notch service. We can't wait to return!
