We loved our stay on Patmos, and can’t recommend Nicholas Studios highly enough. Situated on the edge of Scala, but near enough to walk into the town in the evening, and just over the hill from a great beach. The studios are simply furnished, but very clean and comfortable. Best of all was the welcome and care we received from Nicholas and his lovely family. From homemade treats, to fruit from the garden, to a beach umbrella, nothing was too much trouble. And Nicholas is happy to pick up guests from the port, and to take them to whichever beach they want to go to. We felt more like family than customers. The very best of Greek hospitality.

It was a short getaway that exceeded our expectations. We arrived at dawn by ferry and despite the time we were greeted at the port with a smile to take us to our room. Cleanliness and amenities if it had been above a 10 we would have rated it. The location excellent, it is all exactly as you see it. Next to beaches and the center. Thank you very much Mr George for your wonderful hospitality. Next time it won't be a short getaway

The location is great, close to beaches & dining, and convenient for sight-seeing and shopping. The rooms are clean and functional, with everything necessary for a lovely stay. Nice setup with 2 separate entrances and outside sitting area. Caring and kind owners, who picked us up at the ferry port, despite the fact that the ferry was very late.
