We arrived at Zoi studios a little earlier than planned and were met by a lovely lady who showed us to our room and was very sweet and helpful. The hotel is very Greek, basic, but very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is brilliant, right on the beach front and around a 10 minute walk to the main centre and ferry to Argostoli. Lepeda beach is around a 25minute walk to the right of the hotel, which we loved.

Host was amazing, very good people who made our stay very comfortable. studio has a very big size, clean, big kitchen, hight standard bathroom, big balcony with beautiful view on the mountains and sea. Quiet place Value of property is more then a cost

We LOVED: -THE HOST. Foteini is special, like family. She is so happy, attentive and sweet. We already had contact via the booking.com app and she answered a lot of our questions about Kefalonia. She helped us rent a car for a good price (arranged everything), gave us great restaurant/beach advice. She even gave us an umbrella for the beach. She made our stay! -THE VIEW: The view is, as seen on the picture, really really good! You got a stunning view over the sea and mountains. -THE LOCATION: Lixouri is a cozy city with a really nice atmosphere. In the evening you can enjoy at the city square! The apartments are great to enjoy the view, take a dip in the ocean and explore the rest of the island. -THE PRIZE. We were here in august, high season. A great price for what you get! -CLEANING. It was cleaned every day.

It is my second time in Kephalonia and the second time in Ammousa. I came back because on my first trip I was impressed with the cleanliness. The room was very spacious, with a kitchinette well equiped, the bed sheets and towels were changed every day. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony was facing a garden with olive trees. There are super markets in walking distance, it takes 15 min on foot to get downtown (where you can take the ferry to Argostoli) and about 30 min by car to the nicest beaches on the island. On the arrival, we found in the room coffee, snacks, home-made wine and cold water in the fridge. Mr. Thassos and the family are incredibly nice and made our stay trully remarcable. For the next holiday in Kephalonia, I would choose again Ammousa for sure.

My grandson enjoyed the pool before and after the beach. We felt very welcomed. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

I stayed at Petania for 10 days which was 7 days longer than I planned as I ended up working from the hotel for a week rather than returning to the UK. Why not enjoy the Greek sunshine for a little longer? I was given such a warm welcome by the team. They were so helpful with everything and thank you for the grapes, watermelon, tasty cake and morning tea! The facilities are good, very clean and in a great location just a short walk to the main square but with plenty of places nearby. A great bakery and a good pizzeria called DoughHouse. Do visit. I'd certainly return to Petania in future. I miss the view from the front balcony and general relaxing vibes. Lovely people.
